Monitoring and responding to app reviews and ratings

The app Reviews & ratings feature allows app users to rate and write reviews about their experience using your app.

App owners are responsible for monitoring reviews, responding appropriately, and leveraging the feedback for product improvement and app discoverability.

Guidelines

  • Respond professionally and constructively. Thank users for positive feedback, and address concerns raised in critical reviews with a focus on resolving the underlying issue or clarifying functionality.
  • Make sure your response adheres to all Zoom guidelines policies.
  • App users are instructed not to use the rating system to request app support. However, should this happen the best practice is to provide them a link where they can get the proper support for your app. Make sure your support resources listed on your app's listing page are current, robust, and actively monitored.
