Transferring App Ownership

Zoom account owners, admins and developers of Marketplace apps can transfer app ownership to another user in the same Zoom account.

Limitations for JWT and SDK apps

You cannot transfer JWT and SDK apps between two accounts.

To transfer the ownership of an OAuth app to another user in your account:

  1. Log into your Zoom App Marketplace account and navigate to the Created Apps page.

  2. Click the action menu next to your app and select Transfer App Owner.

  3. Enter the email address of the Zoom user to whom you want to transfer the application, and click Transfer.

Once the transfer is complete, Zoom sends emails to both the user who initiated the transfer and the new owner confirming that the transfer has been approved.
