Payment account

You must set up a payment account before you can monetize your app.

Requirements

  • The business or individual that receives payments and payouts must be in the geographic United States.

  • To set up a payment account, sign in to the Zoom App Marketplace as an admin, and go to Manage. In the left navigation pane, under Admin App Management select Monetization.

Information you may need to complete account setup

For individuals

  • name: first, last
  • date of birth
  • email address
  • phone number (US only)
  • SSN last 4 digits
  • business profile URL
  • address (USA only)

For businesses

  • business structure
  • company name
  • company homepage URL
  • phone number (US only)
  • company tax ID
  • address (USA only)
  • Business Representative
    • job title
    • name: first, last
    • date of birth
    • email address
    • phone number (US only)
    • SSN last 4 digits
    • address (USA only)

Bank account info

  • name first, last
  • bank routing number
  • bank account number
