Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) is an AI-powered chatbot. It delivers customer support, responds to inquiries, and executes tasks in a conversational style. For details, see Zoom Virtual Agent Support.

ZVA is available as a standalone offering and as an add-on to Zoom Contact Center.

You can use the ZVA SDK to configure and deploy ZVA on the web, Android, and iOS. As a result, your users can engage with agents directly through chat from a web page or mobile device. They can explicitly interact with ZVA to perform such actions as open, close, send messages, or hide a ZVA modal.
