# Zoom Virtual Agent Zoom Virtual Agent (ZVA) is an AI-powered chatbot. It delivers customer support, responds to inquiries, and executes tasks in a conversational style. ZVA is available as a standalone offering and as an add-on to [Zoom Contact Center](https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/categories/4423802887949). You can use the ZVA SDK to configure and deploy ZVA on the web, Android, and iOS. As a result, your users can engage with agents directly through chat from a web page or mobile device. They can explicitly interact with ZVA to perform such actions as open, close, send messages, or hide a ZVA modal.
