Zoom Rooms
Zoom Rooms is a software application that provides an integrated conference room experience for audio, video, screen sharing, whiteboarding, digital signage, and more. Zoom Rooms software can be used on a Windows PC, a Mac, or a dedicated Zoom Rooms Appliance (see more at Zoom Rooms Hardware).
Zoom offers multiple APIs related to Zoom Rooms:
- The Zoom Rooms REST APIs allow you to manage your Zoom Rooms. For example, you can create new Zoom Rooms, read their current configuration, or make configuration changes.
- The Zoom Rooms REST API for Zoom Rooms Controls in particular allows you to perform limited active control of a Zoom Rooms, such as starting or leaving a meeting, changing the mute state, or restarting the Zoom Rooms, among other capabilities.
- The Zoom Rooms Webhooks allow you to asynchronously receive information about Zoom Rooms such as Alerts or Sensor data
- Unlock the full power of Zoom Rooms Controller in your own application with the ZRC SDK. It's a native C++ library for seamless integration, offering feature parity with first-party Zoom Rooms Controllers.
- Zoom Apps for Zoom Rooms are available in multiple forms:
- The Zoom Rooms Control System API (ZR-CSAPI, aka the Zoom Rooms CLI) allows you to control a Zoom Rooms, replacing the Zoom Rooms Controller in a Zoom Rooms installation. This API is only supported with Windows- and Mac-based Zoom Rooms.
