The Zoom Hub API lets developers programmatically manage the files, folders, and content that live in [Zoom Hub](https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0080737), the centralized content layer for Zoom Canvas, AI Productivity Suite (Sheets, Slides, Paper), My Notes, and meeting summaries. 

## Prerequisites
To use the AI Productivity Suite API, make sure you have:
- A Zoom account on one of these plans: Basic, Pro, Pro Plus, Business, Business Plus, Education, Enterprise, My Notes, AI Productivity Suite, or ZoomMate


## What you can build
- Import content into [Zoom Canvas](https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0076443) and the [AI Productivity Suite](https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057623) (Paper, Slides, Sheets) from external systems.
- Export Canvas and AI Productivity Suite content out of Zoom for archiving, backup, or downstream processing.
- Automate file management — create, list, move, rename, and delete files.
- Organize and govern shared folders, and manage user permissions by adding or removing access.
- Connect Zoom Hub to CRMs, knowledge bases, DLP tooling, and workflow automation.
