Realtime Media Streams

Realtime Media Streams (RTMS) is a data pipeline that gives your app access to live audio, video, and transcript data from Zoom meetings. Instead of having participant bots or automated clients in meetings, use RTMS apps to collect the media data from the meeting.

Once you've collected this data, you can then use AI or machine learning applications to parse the resulting data to meet your needs. For example, you could use the data collected through RTMS to create detailed transcripts that meet regulatory requirements or you could create recordings of meetings to be shared with people who missed the meeting without having to depend on a user remembering to record the meeting.

RTMS is available to be used with Zoom Contact Center, Zoom Meetings, and the Zoom Video SDK. For more information, see
