Enabling Zoom Apps for Zoom Rooms Digital Signage
Enable Zoom customers to integrate with certain third-party apps to display their content on Zoom Digital Signage.
Prerequisites

An account administrator has added the Zoom app for your account.

Zoom Rooms License.

Zoom Room Admin permissions.

You have enabled Digital Signage for the Zoom Room or you have created a Digital Signage only Zoom Room.
Note: 3rd party Digital Signage applications may require a separate subscription.
Supported Platforms
- Zoom Web Portal
- Zoom Rooms (Android/Appliance, Windows, macOS, iPad).
Add Zoom App to Zoom Room Digital Signage content rotation

Log into the Zoom web portal.

Go to ADMIN > Room Management > Zoom Rooms.

In the left-side hierarchy, select a location, floor, or room.

Click the Edit button next to the location, floor, or room name.
Note: To edit all rooms in the account, select the first option in the hierarchy with the HQ icon, then click Account Settings.

Select the Digital Signage tab > Add Content > Apps.

Select the Zoom App and click Add to complete the addition of the new app.
The new app appears in the Default Content List on the Digital Signage tab.
Editing Digital Signage content of the Zoom App

Log into the Zoom web portal.

Go to ADMIN > Room Management > Zoom Rooms.

In the left-side hierarchy, select a location, floor, or room.

Click the Edit button next to the location, floor, or room name.

Select the Digital Signage tab, go to the Default Content List, and select the app you want to edit.

Click the ellipsis icon next to the app. You can edit its content, rename it, move it up or down the list, or delete it.

Select Edit Content.
This redirects you to the 3rd-party Digital Signage application's management website. Where you can edit the content displayed by the 3rd-party app and save your changes.
