Changes to your user ID or account ID will result in losing access to your app. Examples of situations that may result in your user ID or account ID getting changed include: - Joining another Zoom account. - Changing from a free account to a paid account. - Merging Zoom accounts. ## Regaining access to your app To regain access to your app there are 2 options depending on your Zoom account: ### Free accounts and accounts with no support plan Owners of free Zoom accounts or of accounts that do not have a support plan cannot create a ticket on the Zoom Support platform, however, help is still available to you on the [Zoom Developer Forum](https://devforum.zoom.us/). On the Zoom Developer Forum, you can create a post. Select **Marketplace** for **Category** and you should receive a response within 48hrs. > **Hours of operation** > > Developer Forum support is only available Monday through Friday. And requests received over the weekend or US Holidays will be addressed on the next available business day. ## Paid Zoom accounts and accounts with support plans Owners of paid accounts can take advantage of our [Support](https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/new-request?id=new_request&sys_id=7a69170f87cee15089a37408dabb3591) resources.
