# Get credentials

Use your Build platform **API key** and **API secret** to generate JSON Web Tokens (JWTs).

JWTs authorize API requests across Build services, including AI Services, Video SDK, and Cobrowse.

1. Log in to the [web portal](https://zoom.us/profile).
2. Under **ADMIN**, select **Plans and Billing**, **Plan Management** and add a pricing plan to your Zoom Workplace account.
3. Choose **Advanced**, **Zoom CPaaS**, and **Manage** next to your Universal Credit product. Zoom displays the SDK account page.
4. Choose **Build App** on the web portal. Your Build page opens.
5. Under API keys, click **View JWT Token**, then **Copy** to copy it to the clipboard. Then follow the instructions to [make your first API call](/docs/ai-services/auth/#make-your-first-api-call). Next, use the instructions on this page to generate your SDK JWT with your API credentials.

If you don't have a Zoom Workplace account, follow these steps to create a developer account.

1. Choose a [pricing option](https://zoom.us/pricing/developer) and create a new account.
2. Log in to the [web portal](https://zoom.us/profile).
3. Choose **Build App** on the web portal. Your Build page opens.
4. Under API key, click **View JWT Token**, then **Copy** to copy it to the clipboard. Then follow the instructions to [make your first API call](/docs/ai-services/auth/#make-your-first-api-call). Next, use the instructions on this page to generate your SDK JWT with your API credentials.
