Add RTMS integration with Zoom Contact Center, a reorganized audio parameters matrix, single individual video stream subscription, stream closure requests, and media-socket timeout extension.

RTMS March release


The RTMS March release introduces a variety of improvements and new functionality.

## Integration with Zoom Contact Center
RTMS is now available to be used with Zoom Contact Center. Audio and transcript data of all contact center engagements can now be captured and processed. For more information, see [Realtime Media Streams for Contact Center](/docs/rtms/contact-center/).

## Audio parameters matrix
The [audio parameters matrix](/docs/rtms/media-parameter-definition/#audio-parameters-matrix) was published, allowing you to easily determine which audio parameters work together when receiving audio data from RTMS.

## Single individual video streams
RTMS now supports client subscription to individual video streams. You can now subscribe to individual user video streams, one at a time. If you want a different user's video stream data, the previous video stream is unsubscribed from. ## App stream closure request
RTMS now supports client apps to request a stream be closed. To close a stream from your app's backend, send a [Stream closure request](/docs/rtms/event-reference/#stream-close-request).

## Media socket timeout
The media socket keep-alive timeout has been extended from 35 to 65 seconds.
