The RTMS November release includes the RTMS SDK for Python, updates to the RTMS SDK for Node, updates to the transcript data event, and enhanced billing logic.

- Node SDK 0.0.7
  - Released an update to the RTMS SDK for Node. For more information, see [Build Orchestration Improvements](https://github.com/zoom/rtms/pull/76) on GitHub.
- Transcript data events
  - Added new `start_time` and `end_time` fields to denote the start and end of transcription.<br />
  **Note**: These fields are not yet available for the RTMS SDKs.
- Enhanced the billing logic so that if transcription is used at all during a session, the entire session is billed as transcription.
