-   Transcript data events
    -   Added new `start_time` and `end_time` fields to denote the start and end of transcription.
        **Note**: These fields are not yet available for the RTMS SDKs.
-   Enhanced the billing logic so that if transcription is used at all during a session, the entire session is billed as transcription.
