# Role management granular permissions deprecation

In the Zoom web portal **Role Settings > Advanced Features**, we have flagged these granular role permissions for deprecation:

-   OAuth
-   Chatbot
-   Meeting SDK

The separate permissions are no longer needed since we consolidated the separate app types into the General OAuth app type.
To develop a general OAuth app, you must only be assigned **Zoom for developers - view and edit permissions**.
