Zoom has extended the deadline for updating webhook validation and verification to February 3rd, 2024. Webhook validation will be required for all new and existing webhooks as of February 2024. Use the new webhook validation logic to validate webhooks created after October 2022 and upgrade existing webhooks to use this process by the deadline. Update your app's webhook verification logic to use the secret token to replace the verification token by the deadline.

NEW DEADLINE for webhook validation and verification processes

Zoom has extended the deadline for updating webhook validation and
verification. The new deadline is February 3rd, 2024. Webhook validation
will be required for all new and existing webhooks as of February 2024.
All webhooks created prior to this date will not require validation
unless you make changes to them. The previous validation process of
using the verification token (which was optional) will no longer be
supported after **February 3rd, 2024**.
