On March 3rd, 2023, Zoom removed the id and participant_user_id fields from Meeting API Reporting and Dashboard endpoint responses for external meeting participants. Developers should now use the registrant_id field to identify external participants.

Changes to Meeting API – Reporting and Dashboard endpoints

On March 3rd, 2023, we implemented a change to the behavior of the
Reporting and Dashboard endpoints for the Meeting API that removed the
value of the `id` and `participant_user_id` fields from responses for
external meeting participants. Developers should now rely on the
`registrant_id` field.
