SMS charges report now includes delivery status details

Summary:The SMS charges report APIs now return `delivery_status` and `delivery_detail` fields to track message delivery outcomes for billed SMS messages.

Enhancements

  • New delivery_status and delivery_detail response fields in the following Reports APIs:
    • GET /v2/phone/reports/sms_charges
    • GET /v2/accounts/{accountId}/phone/reports/sms_charges
