Zoom Contact Center will deprecate get contact_center skills skillId users userId, get contact_center tasks, get contact_center tasks taskId, and patch contact_center tasks taskId endpoints on August 30, 2024. Applications should discontinue using these endpoints.

Skill and tasks API deprecation


Zoom Contact Center will deprecate the following API endpoints:

-   `GET /contact_center/skills/{skillId}/users/{userId}`
-   `GET /contact_center/tasks`
-   `GET /contact_center/tasks/{taskId}`
-   `PATCH /contact_center/tasks/{taskId}`

The expected end-of-life for these endpoints is August 30, 2024.
Applications consuming these endpoints should discontinue using them. To
