Inclusion of the general_setting and mail_calendar fields enables you to configure auto_zoom_room_proximity_connect, show_zoom_room, and email and calendar related settings via the Accounts settings endpoints.  
And accordingly, the account.settings_updated webhook captures the events when the general_setting and mail_calendar fields are updated.
